Founder & Therapist

Born and raised in Winnipeg’s North End, Nicole founded Sky’s The Limit Therapeutic Services with the belief that everyone deserves care tailored to their unique experiences. As a woman of Métis, French and German ancestry, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work.

With over 15 years in Child and Family Services and a Master of Social Work, Nicole provides compassionate, culturally responsive care that helps individuals and families navigate life’s challenges.

+What types of therapy do you offer?

We provide individual, couples and family counselling alongside community-based therapy, cultural services, respite, tutoring and additional forms of support.

+What ages do you work with?

We provide services for people of all ages, including children, youth and adults. Our approach is tailored to each person’s age, needs and stage of life.

+Do you offer virtual appointments?

Yes. Therapy is available virtually and in our Winnipeg office, with community-based options available depending on your needs and location.

+How much does therapy cost?

Fees vary depending on the service and therapist. We offer flexible payment options and are happy to talk through cost, coverage and any sliding-scale availability when you reach out — cost shouldn’t be a barrier to getting support.

+What if getting to the clinic is difficult for me?

We don’t want distance or transportation to stand in the way of support. Along with virtual sessions, we offer community-based options and transportation support where appropriate.
